How does Edge dye his beard so well?

Even the stubble is perfect as it grows in and I wonder how he does it when it is so short?

Plus it looks so natural and really does knock (IMO) 10 years off of his appearance...since it is almost all white otherwise.

Any thoughts appreciated! Could this be just-for-men? I don't see any roots!

He does look younger with the darker goatee, perhaps, but I have to say I'm a bigger fan of the salt & pepper look, personally.
