Help Wanted! Good restaurants in Atlanta, GA.

Calling all Atlanta, GA, PLEBAns! I'll be in Atlanta week after next, and my boss has me looking for good restaurants in the $20-$30 range. I'd appreciate any help! We are looking at the downtown area, but anything off the MARTA line is good, too! I'd appreciate any good bar info. also.
