Help making an animated pic?

Hi Pleba girls!
I know some of you are photoshop queens, and I have no idea where to even begin so I would love some help!
I have a 22 second video clip of my local U2 tribute band performing Vertigo last week that Bret was so kind to send me, and my boyfriend and I are dancing in it, yes we look like dorks but at the end he gives me a kiss and I think its sweet And I love my U2 tribute band so I would love a little animated Gif thingie of it if at all possible
