I dont think he has a black eye, I think its the lighting & the fact that the hat is tilted moreso to that eye

If anyone would scan the whole article and piccies when available, I'd really appreciate it -- I just can't afford any more of these things, and besides, I think having a mag in the house with Noddy Holder's name on the cover in 2005 would provide some sort of injury
