I'm pretty sure it's about 10 years. I just looked it up to be sure. Flanagan mentions he's 23 in the chapter about the Cork Zoo TV show...if that was 1993, than Adam would have been 33.

If anyone else knows better, please correct me! :wave:

To those asking what Dik's doing now. He studied computer science (specialising in neural networks) in London, then moved back to Dublin a few years ago. While he was studying in London he was in a band with his then-girlfriend Debbie Skow. The band was called Screech Owls and they released one single.

I'm not 100% sure it's Norman Hewson, since I haven't seen so many pics of him, but I think it would be a little strange if it wasn't. If this isn't Bonos brother it would mean that he (Bonos brother) wasn't around or didn't want to carry the coffin at his own fathers funeral?! :scratch:

Norman is about 6-7 years older than Bono. If Bono were not a rock star, whose job it is to look young, I'm sure he'd look really old. All the hair dying and such. Norman looks old enough to be Bono's father.

"Hair dying and such" does not account for the massive difference in looks, nor does the 8 year age gap. They just do not really resemble each other. That can happen with siblings. I don't think Bono would look "really old" if it wasn't "his job to look young". He looks his age,

the info, which I had, the first man at right side, could be Bono?s uncle, behind him Norman and the last at the right side, Edge.
In the left side, Bono, Larry and Guggi.
He?s very different from his appearance on "Sweetest Thing" video. thank you so much for explain. :up:

Of course. One child looks like Dad, the other looks like Mom. That happens in a lot of families.

Judging by the photos in the Unforgettable Fire book, Bono seems to resemble his mother (though he's got his dad's chin). Norman looks a great deal like Bob Hewson.
