I found this update on another U2 site, and the quote from Bono at the end just absolutely broke my heart...

"Bono has written a song about his dad who died in August aged 75.

He paid an emotional tribute to Bob Hewson when U2 played at Slane shortly after his death from cancer.

The new song is called Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own.

Bono told The Sun: "People look at someone like me and think he wants the world to love him. But he probably just wants one person to love him."
