Can anybody help me?

I seen a picture of Bono here ages ago, but i can't remember where it is. It's really up close, he's staring right at the camera , he's wearing the straw hat and i think he's just got out of a van. I think it was taken by a fan, during the summer. Can anyone help me out here?
