It was a great performance. I can't believe he lost :( I think he'll be back again tonight.

I was just thinking how so many people on this site always say a band can't be interesting, exciting or successful unless they change their look and sound every so often. I have always disagreed with that- if it ain't broke, don't fix it. If it works, go with it. Bruce is living proof. He's had the same jeans and hairdo and same basic musical style for almost 30 years and he is enormously successful, important and loved. More power to him, just the way he is!

He needs to shave that thing off his chin.

But, other then that, he was great last night. And yes, London Calling was  awesome.

I think Eminem has more brains than most of us give him credit for...I think he just knows how to play up the different crowds...if you watched his performance last night there was very little crotch grabbing and I liked the live band backing him up instead of a track, and there wasn't the mass of D-12 members hanging about...I think he realised it would be a different crowd watching last night.

Bruce is so cute in that pic!

And on a related note, I really hated how Robin Williams was slamming "ghetto" culture...like all the "yo's" and Posse references and the comment about how his son listens to Eminem so he would know what he was talking about...

Well dumbass we all know what you are talking about we just don't find it that amusing...

*sigh*

Bruce's little 'thingy' on his chin is called a cookie duster. My boyfriend used to have one, or my ex boyfriend. He did it to copy Val Kilmer in Tombstone the movie. I don't like it, oh well.

We call them "Flavor savers" LMAO...I love hearing peoples nicknames for things...

His performance last night was fantastic. I am SO disappointed that he didn't win for Best Album . I feel like last year when U2 didn't win for Best Album.

I was disappointed too. But I've always considered the Grammies a bit quirky. You never know who's going to win the damn things.

 at the pics, thank you!

And Rev. Springsteen, you were :censored: ROBBED! Gotta love the politics and media of the grammies. :scream:
