This is the Gloria video shot on the Grand Canal in early U2 days - you can see the Hanover Quay studios in the background, probably long before it was purchased by U2 and turned into a studio. It's the further one with the gray roof at the water's edge.
Anyway, about two-thirds of the way through this video, Bono's attention suddenly narrows (I assume he's spotted Ali), and just after he sings "I give it all to You" and as the scene is starting to fade, he throws a wink and a kiss. It's fast so you have to look close. It's soooo cute!
