Yeah, the Wanderer caught me off guard the first time I heard it! My first thought was...what the heck?!?! My cats are not wild about the loud beeping sounds at the end of the song! They start hissing and running for cover under my bed!
I must admit, it is one of my favorite tracks off Zooropa!

Like on AB, which I have literally listened to about a billion times, I never until recently noticed the cello/violin at the begining of WGRYWH, and also until VERY recently I was missing that "and ever book in the house has been read" line... in Acrobat. This bothered me too..lol

Don't worry about it. It didn't happen to me because everytime I buy a U2 cd I always hear the song with booklet in hand!
Very important!!!!. It says just beside "The Wanderer" : starring (or featuring? don't remember!) Johnny Cash. I still don't have a clue about what the hell he sings, even tho I've heard his name various times...
