Talking about Michael Jackson :shifty:

He just said he didn't know who could replace MJ at the Mandela concert.

It was at Christie's, and I don't know if they had anything about the auction. Did anyone else see it? It was probably only 20 seconds of :bono:

I saw it and I was totally surprised! I didn't expect him at all. That was Christie's? I thought it was something else since his hair looked shorter and a lot darker than in the pics posted from Christie's. Must have been the lighting. Anyway he was adorable and his accent *swoon*

He was very careful. He didn't joke, take sides or show any emotion outwardly. He just said who are we going to get to replace him and left it at that. He was being diplomatic and keeping his nose clean

Darn, I could've posted screen caps if I had known about this earlier. Alas, I watched Oprah's Favorite Things episode instead. (They both air opposite each other here.) However, I just checked TV Guide and an AH is scheduled for later tonight :hmm:

As for the Mandela concert, will U2 be performing together as a band or will Bono appear by himself? Any official word on this?

I can't remember if I saw it on MTV or VH1 but I saw a commercial for the concert yesterday and it said Bono not U2.

I had no idea of this. I just checked the guide, and according to it, Access Hollywood'll be on at 1:35 this morning here...I'll check it out, hopefully it'll be the same one.
