U2 rocker Bono sees Natalie Imbruglia as the ideal woman -- because she can
be a perfect lady or a really bad girl.

The rocker, who is a friend and confidant of the Australian Torn singer,
adores the way she can switch out of her angel mode and become a bad girl
whenever she wants to.

He says, "She knows the moment when Carnival has to turn to Lent. She's the
kind of girl you could either rob a bank with or take to church, and I think
that's what I admire most about her."

Bono adds of Imbruglia's return to the musical arena, "This time, people are

That's disappointing. I really don't like her. I dislike her songs and her face just plain bugs me. She looks like an alien. What does Ali think of this? Shame on Bono!

Well, I'm sure Ali thinks of this the same way she thinks of Bono's admiration for/friendship with with many other women-Andrea, Christy, etc. Like he has said, many of his female friends become 'better' friends with Ali.

Bono 'loves' women

, but Ali has always been, and always will be, obviously, number one.

I for one think she has a distinctive, striking face. I'd sure love to have eyes, skin, and lips like that. From what he said he obviously admires her, not just her looks.

Although, I must say at times I too, get a little green with envy of the dark hair/eyes ladies that get all of Bono's attention. And heres myself with Red Hair, freckles, fair skin... he probably thinks I look like a cousin. **sigh**

There are LOTS of famous people I wish I looked like but she is definately not one of them. Her face just plain bugs me. Especially her album cover where she's all skinny and pale and ghostly with bug eyes bulging out *shivers*

good question. i have been curious about him as well. i thought that maybe they would have included his name on the tribute cd, but i did not see it anywhere.

I think Natalie is a beautiful and very stylish woman. She's also quite talented and has a lovely voice.

Yes I totally agree.Maybe I should stop dying my hair blonde and let it go natural. It's a light brown naturally. I always cudn't stand it so dyed it blonde but maybe I should let it be more natural lol

I'm sure Ali is pretty secure with herself and doesn't mind. If she can handle him kissing and dancing with girls on stage, I don't think she'd mind him praising another woman.
