Yes, but probably only at specialist music stores or very well stocked newagents. Also, it might take a few days before it is available given that it is a US published mag.

I don't think it is, and if it is then it'll be way more than it is in N.America.

Normally when i look in shops like Borders or WH Smith, they do stock Rolling Stone mag, so i expect to see it there sometime next week anyway!

Does it occur to anyone else that more than 80% of this reads almost verbatim from the In Conversation book? He talks more about Jacob and Esau than he does Adam, and the only line I haven't heard before was, that's like saying Jackson Pollock was sloppy -- good one, Bon.
