it does that for me too but it's becuase the whole video needs to load. It will eventually play the whole video.

As for where it happened, most likely in Croke Park, Dublin, on June 27, 1987 (according to U2 Live by Pimm Jal de la Parra, Ali came up on stage to serve champagne during the Party Girl performance of the show).
