Bono descended from Hobbits?

The Tolkien books tell us that Hobbits would eventually evolve into regular men. I think Bono is a descendant of them, from, as Led Zeppelin said, 'days of old when magic filled the air.' Here is the evidence:

Bono:

Is short like a Hobbit
Has big strong hands
has big eyes
has curly hair
is always on some kind of quest, musically or politically
he had a special destiny
he's an extraordinary person

So could it be that Bono is from the line of Baggins after all?

I watched the Hobbit cartoon movie last nite and there was A LOT of singing and he said "BLESS MY SOUL" and "HELLO, WHAT'S THIS?" A lot

every time he said bless my soul I said "GOODNESS GRACIOUS GREAT BALLS O FIRE!"

Autumn, it is funny that you brought this up. I saw Lord of the Rings last night, and all I could think about was how Bono was short like a hobbit!!

I also thought about Bono in the pool with Elijah Wood!!!

of course Bono's a hobbit! why else does he lurch around on stage? but if he isn't that, then he could be something else, too! he's from Ireland, which is suppoedly home to all these creatures such as the faery, leprechaun, and whatever! Bonohobbit..haha that's funny!
