I remember watching and taping this on the TV back in 1994 and I don't see anything strange about it! It's Bono's infamous 'Free You Mind' award acceptence speech!!

And the problem with that is...? You go to an awards show. You have dinner. You get a few bevvies down you....

He wasn't THAT bad.... I think he was quite eloquent, and only a couple of times did he have to think what was next.... but he got through it.
