I scanned these from a book that I found at the public library a while ago called A Grand Madness: 10 Years On The Road with U2 on their scanners.

Unfortunately, that's all I have. The book had much more pictures but I hardly had any time to scan more. I'll have to check it out soon to scan more from my own scanner.
