The girl on the right of Ali is not a model. She's an actress by the name of Zooey Deschanel. She was in that movie Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxy. Her makeup is dreadful.

I read another article that said the performances were part of a cabaret act, so maybe that's why the makeup is so over the top, like theatrical makeup .
