What time do they open the gates for stadiums shows???

i'm going to mexico, and plan to que over night. Does anyone know what time the gates open for the stadiums shows? thanks

I'm so excited now and i can't talk about it cause my girlfriend missed out on tickets lol I want to scream cause its only 57 days and i'm like FIRST U2 concert ever and i can't wait ... somebody tell me thats its alright to be excited with about 2 months to wait and that i'm not going to explode with excitment

At 4pm in Cardiff the gates opened and on my Sydney ticket it says gates open at 5:30pm

It's probably the same time everywhere but I went to the Lisbon show. They started playing at 10pm and gates opened at 5pm.

Usually gates open at 4.. but in sydney it's 5pm.
And U2 usually come on stage between 8.30 - 9.. usually about 8.45.. as long as the show finished before 12 I think they are happy.

So when is the best time to line up for a stadium show? Or does it really matter if you're not camping out overnight.

I think it was around 4:15-4:30 that the gates opened in Glasgow. I think I remember standing in the stadium at 4:30, in the blistering heat (longest day of the year for sunlight) and thinking..."I've got another 4 and a half hours of this."
