What happens during the "ZooTV" encore?

At Seattle 2, nothing happened...there was no "Zooropa baby" I've heard about at other shows, or "slot machine", or whatever.

Can someone please explain in detail what exactly happens during this encore?

Also, does it have anything to do with the big "Z" image and images of the band on the big screen that I've seen photos of on u2tours.com? If not, what is that stuff all about, and when does it happen?
