A CALL TO U2 FANS AND THE CANADIAN PUBLIC TO HELP
MAKE POVERTY HISTORY
A call to U2 fans and supporters of the Make Poverty History campaign:
In support of the Make Poverty History campaign (www.makepovertyhistory.ca), U2 fans are trying to produce a giant banner that will be signed by U2 fans and makepovertyhistory.ca supporters across Canada. Bono is a major supporter of the campaign in Canada and internationally.
This idea is to have this banner showcased at U2 shows across Canada and other music festivals beginning in the later part of April with visual updates on makepovertyhistory.ca and www.afanspurpose.com. This banner will be presented and the end of the campaign to the Prime Minister.
To make this happen we need your help with logistics, funding, and events to bring this banner to your province. Interested persons or parties can contact Blake Crossley at nfldrocks@shaw.ca
