Venue Pick-Up Tickets?

Just wondering if anyone who has had tickets reserved as "venue pick-up" for almost the last year has run into any problems in Australia?

I'm not expecting any problems, but I'm still nervous. I've called Ticketmaster in NZ and they still have me in the system, but I'm just curious what people's experiences have been so far.
