So I was wondering if you have a better chance of getting a ticket if you go online yourself and try ticketmaster, or if you wait in line at a box office/ticket center? Anyone have experience with both?

Neither is better. I've tried both. It's your preference. I don't like waiting in line. There are less fees if you buy at the box office and you get your tix in-hand. Those are the primary advantages of in-person.

Depends. At a TM outlet, you don't have to worry about a computer saying nothing is available when there IS b/c they have access to the entire database. However, most TM outlets do a lottery if more than two people show up. And, it's only as fast as the employee running their computer. I waited in line and got a bad vibe b/c the girl at the register looked younger than me and when people were getting Sting tickets, she kept calling a manager for help

If you try online, make sure you've already entered your credit card info into your account. Try to use multiple computers at once (not multiple browsers on one computer b/c they will all freeze). Go to someone's house w/ DSL or cable if you don't have it.
