I think it varies slightly by venue but the only 49.50 tickets I know of are GA and some nosebleeds behind the stage. Then you have the $160 lower seats and $95 upper level.

I'm sure it all varies by venue,
but the nosebleeds I bought for the Chicago spring show were
back-of-the-house but close-to-center. I think that if it were a row or so forward it would've been a 95dollar ticket, but mine was far enough back (row11 in the third deck at United Center) to get a 49.95 price.

Here's the official United Center seating chart. Blue is $49.50, green is $95, and pink is $165. It seems off to me, though, because I bought a pair of tickets in section 305, row 5 that cost me $49.50 for the pair.
