translated from a Brazilian site:

In one of the most exciting moments of the presentation of the U2 in São Paulo in this Monday, the vocalista Bono called a fan for go up in the stage. It turns reporter of the Land in the show of the U2 Hear U2 in the Radio Land Confer special of the U2

The scene happened soon in the end of the song Miss Sarajevo, when the articles of the Universal Statement of the Rights of the Man began it be past in the telão that stayed in the stage.

This stretch of the presentation was marked by classics. Minutes before, they had touched Sunday Blood Sunday. In the sequence, came Pride (In the Name of Love) and Where the Streets has in the Name. While the band performed to last music, arose in the bottom of the stage flags of the countries of the South America, with highlight for the Brazilian one.

I thought the same until I heard it live

atleast it was for me

isn't that a bit far ahead of itself? Isn't the setlist source live?

No. The broadcast is delayed, by an hour I believe.

ergh woo hang on, are we like SEVERELY behind the times? if they are up to streets we are like 3 or 4 songs slow?

Yeah, I love Edge's falsetto, but the song is such cheesy, sappy pop for teenage girls that I'm embarrassed U2 made it.
