Rest of California Shows on sale at 10:00 AM today

Ticketmaster is telling me here in KC, that 3 California shows go on sale today at 10:00. Is that 10:00 my time (CST) or 10:00 PST? I am thinking PST, because why would tickets go on sale on a Sunday at 8 in the morning local California time?

It would be 10:00 AM California time.

So I think that would be 12 noon for you?
