When Bono does his African singing, is he ever actually saying something, just in another language, or is it mumbo jumbo?

If it is the latter, that seems a bit racist to me, like if I went around saying 'ching chong china' pretending I was an Asian. :eyebrow: That would be frowned upon surely?

I hope he's saying something. :)

And while we're on the topic of Streets, I just downloaded the Human Rights segue into Streets that was with the audio of Fast Cars from another thread. Was this an edit or did U2 play a set like this and I missed it? I ask because if it was an edit it was a decent one because I heard none of the crowd singing from the arse end of Pride. This is an idea I think works well and should happen as a staple, dropping Pride. A much punchier use of the annoying African theme too.
