That was "Lose Yourself," which was in "Eight Mile" and has the distinction of beating U2 to win the Oscar for Best Original Song that year.

[that made me hate eminem even more... which i didn't think it was possible...]

Sorry, only brothers. Who could not "get" U2?

you'd be surprised...

and how many of them "completely understand" a band like Papa Roach or some crap like that

Thanks to our one and only source this evening, BonoIsMyMuse :applaud:

Thanks to all attendees. You may leave your donations at the door, or Paypal to me. (I gotta get Maddy into GA, help a sistah out! )

Wasn't here for the party, but  for Lila's awesome work as well as the past and future sources! :)

Thanks for the setlist, as usual, Lila.

What will we do tomorrow? :yikes:

that's 7ust a weak encore no matter how you slice it.

nice though that they only play one achtung baby and one zooropa song.

noone likes those albums anyway, and "one" keeps getting fresher with each passing rendition.

and the first time is such a good song though, for real. why they put it THERE of all places is beyond me. looking at the dvd setlist, that kicks huge ass over these songs.

thank you to lila and Bonoismymuse for the setlist

always a fun time here, see you all for night 2!

:lmao:

And it hasn't been that long, I've only had this AV/Banner since late Sept.
