Now, I realise that they butchered the song technically, with cues all over the place(WOWY loop!?). But ignoring that, the improvising by the band right after the main screw up, when Bono is talking about it being an 'interesting evening', is worthy.

The tune Edge came up with on guitar and Adam's complimentary bass was awesome, and the sort of thing I'd like to hear in a new song. I realise that this was just a one off bit of riffing, but I don't know I guess I just really liked that sound.

I love the performance. It has a certain fuck-up charm to it. Especially when Edge starts improvising during the bridge.

Oh I agree, thats why I said they butchered it technically. Because I still liked the performance regardless.

But yeah my point is I just loved the improvisation.

Better than Bullet anyway.
