Online ticket site for France?

Doesn't seem Ticketmaster is available for the French shows. What site sells the tickets (officially, not a scapler) for the French shows? Think it will be an issue for an U.S. customer to purchase tickets for the French shows? (Or Dublin/Ticketmaster for that matter)

I'm shooting for:

March 28, 2005 - San Diego, CA
April 01, 2005 - Anaheim, CA
April 05, 2005 - Los Angeles, CA

and either:
June 24, 2005 - Dublin, Ireland OR
July 09, 2005 - Paris, France
Depending on if the wife can get the time off of work.

I went over for the Elevation shows and I'm sure that is where I got the tickets from. Never had any problems.
