Oh man, I still have my first generation 5 gig iPod. The battery lasts exactly 1 hour and 45 minutes (although once it made it past 2 hours last week and I nearly cried with joy).

Seriously was it just me or did Bono burst out laughing a few minutes ago right in the middle of Sunday Bloody Sunday?

 I wasn't even paying attention. :uhoh: I usually switch off until the encores.

Three times in a ROW?! Would it kill them to have some variety?!

I'll start making a "We Want J. Swallow" poster for when the band hit Kwa-Zulu Natal on the African leg. Maybe I'll rip it up in advance to save Bono the trouble.

I'll make a poster that demands "Life on a Distant Planet" to be played...

And they'll play it... when U2 plays Cuenca, Ecuador!!

It's easier for them to just learn one song and play it repeatedly. The blinded sheep don't care anyway, and the casual fans are all "YAY A DIFFERENT KIND OF BLUE AGAIN!!!!1!!!111" :tsk:

Bono probably won't even know what song you're talking about. :tsk:

"we are so sick of it."

Hmm, couldn't tell if that was one child or a whole crowd doing the NO MORE... :D

It sounded like a kid on stage at first, then went into the whole crowd

I'm way too lazy to rummage through 700++ posts to find anything out.
WTF was that cackling?

Half of them don't even know the words to A Different Kind Of Blue. When I saw them in Madagascar last week, about half the arena left to get beer! But no, because the people in the ellipse were jumping along to the beat, U2 decide to play the song every fucking night.

Bono probably won't even know what song you're talking about. :tsk:

When does Bono know anything anyway?

I need sustinance! Coffee! Coffee!

EDIT: I spelled sustenance wrong!

Back in a jiffy. :crack:

You could tell from the crowd reaction that there was definitely a kid up there.
