It would be so amazing if the whole last encore was just UF songs.

Wire-->A Sort of Homecoming-->The Unforgettable Fire-->Bad

 to the nth power

They'll probably do it because I didn't go tonight :|

9. Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own/ Torna Sorrento Snippet (sp.?)
10. Love & Peace Or Else

That'd be 'Torna A Surriento' I believe.

Shame no Yahweh ...

maybe they should just drop Yahweh. it's nice and all, but I'd rather hear Discotheque, Mofo, Wire, Indian Sumemr Sky, or the Hokey Pokey.

SETLIST:

1. City Of Blinding Lights
2. Vertigo / Rockaway Beach Snippet
3. Elevation
4. Electric Co. / Bullet With Butterfly Wings Snippet
5. GLORIA
6. I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For / In A Little While
7. Beautiful Day / ??? Snippet
8. Miracle Drug
9. Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own/ Torna Sorrento Snippet (sp.?)
10. Love & Peace Or Else
11. Sunday Bloody Sunday

the placement of Yahweh before L&PoE works so damn well too:sad:

kinda like how ABOY works better in the main set

That's why we like the early Yahweh. It mixes up the main set a little, and then you know they'll have to replace it with something else during the encore.

The first guitar solo I ever learned was the one in SBS.

SBS was the first U2 song I learned...don't remember if I learned the solo first or not. I still can't get the solo to sound exactly like Edge does though  The first song I learned ever was What Goes On by The Velvet Underground.

So is OOTS going to be the next single?

With it being used in the Apple ad, that seems very logical.

But who says there is going to be a next single?

I somehow don't think there will be.

you rock like a thousand rocking things! *thank you!*

was this played at an actual show or only rehearsed?

god i love this song.

It was a rehearsal in Hershey, PA in early August 1992 that people outside the venue could here.

Unfortunately, Acrobat never made a public concert's set.
