Kelly's leaving before the show starts?

Sweet, looks like LAPOE for the opener. (or even Zoo Station!!)

Maybe 11 O'clock Tick Tock! :hyper:

Too bad no one can call in with the setlist; it might reap the Bono scold-rant:
"They'll be no phoning at a U2 concert until I tell you to as part of my publicity stunt to end global poverty!"

All I have to say is Thank God I was in section 310!

(which was an excellent place to sit, BTW...parallel with the tip of the ellipse. I was also in the first row of the section, and there was an aisle between my row and the end of the 200s. It might well turn out to be the best seat I will have had for any of the shows I've attended/will attend.)

shake! shake! :hyper:

it does have an atomic bomb reference in it:wink:

Seriously, do you think the guys even remember that they wrote this song? I mean, if Bono can barely remember the lyrics to a song he wrote not too long ago (Walk On), there is little hope for one being played that he wrote while barely out of his teens!

They do remember it - and wish they didn't. A fan asked them about it on the first leg and they acted like they wanted to deny even making it!

Snippetry = Forgotten Lyrics :reject:

Hardly true at all. Electric Co. seems somewhat empty without snippets. I particularly like the I Can See For Miles snippet at the end while Edge rocks out.

Possible debuts for tonight =
-Please
-Stay
-Angel Of Harlem
-Electrical Storm
-A Man And A Woman
-New York
-Mofo
-11 O'Clock Tick Tock

Am I forgetting any?

yankmes 2 angels 3

in case anyone was interested

if the angels win, i will rejoice with my fellow yankme haters at school

and FSU fans  #4 woot!

I think the right snippets can add a whole new dimension to a song. For instance:

- Vertigo / Stories For Boys (snippet)
- The Electric Co. / Send In The Clowns (snippet) / I Can See For Miles (snippet)
- Bad / Just About Any Song In Existance (snippet)

The only reason I'd be interested is that I'd like to know who my white sox will be defeating on their way to the world series!!
