oh yikes! i hope you can too! i had gum surgery earlier this year and couldn't get my mouthpiece out and i ended up having to speak with this lisp. anyone who's ever had a retainer probably knows what i mean.

ah god, I had a thing in my mouth for my braces called a Spacer and you had to crank it with a key and it rested on the top of my mouth

I sounded like Neil Goldman from Family Guy, it was very bad

for anyone with mouth difficulties

yeah, after i could get some tiny scissors in there to cut out the loose stitches to free the mouthpiece (that sounds painful but it wasn't) my mouth actually hurt a lot less than it did with that mouthpiece in.
