As I understand it, there will be a text lottery from which the attendees will be picked randomly.

So if your cellphone is enabled to dial internationally (or Live 8 set up an Eire number), then I would think it's possible.

anybody have any new info... so i can try and get tickets tomorrow? the number they are giving out is one of the UK only numbers that arent recognised outside Uk...

Its going to be sooo hard to get tickets. They are announcing information tomorrow on GMTV at 6am I think. You have to answer a question as well dont you?
