Kings of Leon to open some US dates - CONFIRMED

This is news, its starting to make the rounds at Kings websites and will be announced in conjunction with the tour dates. It is a definite, their manager (and Caleb Followill) has gone on the record in the new Kerrang and via an interview with K-Rock in NYC. They're not doing all dates as U2 are again going to be mixing up the openers like they always do.

If you dont know KOL, check em out, excellentavos band.

If anyone wants to send me some 'descriptions' of their best songs in MP3 format to amakaxver@gmail.com, I would be very interested!

"Who buys U2 records anyway? It's just music for plumbers and bricklayers. Bono, what a slob. You'd think with all that climbing about he does, he'd look real fit and that. But he's real fat, y'know. Reminds me of a soddin' mountain goat."
"And as for Bono, he needs a colostomy bag for his mouth."

KOL: puhleaze... that psuedo-bluesy/country rock they do gets a little tired... it's like lynyrd skynyrd without the crappy harmonies

Snow patrol would be great....

Switchfoot sucks bad....

you can disagree but you would be wrong...

You want the Killers.

The Killers will be busy in studio recording their second record.

Kings of Leon and possibly Oasis are the likely NA openers.
