How are they going to know who did purchase and who didn't?

My question is.. how is u2.com going to distribute the email to subscribers who didn't get tickets? By the presale code? I tried hundreds of times but didn't purchase any tix. I am afraid that the glitch ticketbastard had of presale codes that their system said was used but actually wasn't is going to happen to me.!

When I log on as my hubby's username (he got tix on tues) the presale code is still on the webpage. Maybe they are going to go by some database ticketbastard has.

I am gonna call fanfire tomorrow maybe they can enlighten me on this...

I think it is through the code. Don't see any other way to get people who got screwed tickets.
