IMHO Everyone doesn't work. An intro should work up an audience, not bore it. In Europe it was wisely dropped as it killed the momentum but I'm surprised it re-emerged in the US.

i see you're from the netherlands... have you even seen a north american show live and in person to base this opinion on? or are you just guessing and/or basing this off of a bootleg or the dvd?
