does u2.com subscription also count for europe

I have a question i hope one of you guys will know the answer to.

I read on u2.com that members of that site can get tickets before any body else. It counts for a limited number of indoor or outdoor concerts. But does this also counts if you are in europe and do you have to pay in dollars...or is their any other way to be guaranteed tickets..(im not worried for holland shows cause i will be at the pre sale adress before anybody else LOL. But i want to go to a concert in another country and this seems a nice secure way to do it...

hi,zooholand!I'm from Europe (Slovenija) too and i'd also like to go to a concert or two abroad...I don't know why the membership shouldn't apply for Europe as well?!I'm sure it's valid pretty much the same on both sides of Atlantic... Hopefully some American might confirm this.
