Croke Park Tix

Hello from San Diego. I'm ecstatic about the added show for Monday, June 27th @ Croke Park. I've sussed out my itinerary, and now need info re what ticket would be most admirable, i.e., would pitch/field standing tix disappoint (e.g., overcrowding, poor sightlines), or would reserve seats be the call? Anyone with knowledge about Croke's seating schematics please reply! Also, any word on when tix will be going on sale...??? BTW, your probably asking, "why didn't he go to the opening show in SD?" Well, the venue is wretched awful and besides, what better excuse to travel to Ireland?

venue is huge. I would go for GA or tickets at the side, low down close to the stage 'cos if the wind gets up you won't be able to hear at the back.

ticket info due any day now. beware. there is a strong rumour that this will be an all-ireland show. tickets only on sale in outlets rather than on the web site. this has yet to be confrimed though
