And Drea, I think they were just another band by the name of Elevation, not the Elevation. The papers here said they were from Newfoundland. I knew of the TO based cover band Elevation at the time, so I can still remember thinking it was funny that they shared the same name.

Interesting.. that could be confusing if both bands were in town at once *g*
