these tix that we will be able to buy tomorrow, are they the $49.50-165 prices that they are publishing or are they additional $$$ because they are presale??

If you are a paid member of U2.com you will be able to purchase these tickets in advance. A certain amount of the tickets (10%) on sale during the presale will be cheaper because U2 has been able to waive the Ticketmaster service charge. The charge usually is about $5-$10 depending on where the event is. This was mentioned in the U2 member e-mail which contained your ticketing code and a list of question and answers about the presale. After that 10% have been sold normal prices will apply, making tickets about $5-$10 higher than the face value of $49.50-165...

To answer your question in the most basic fashion: No.

However, let it be known that there are always added "taxes" after the listed price that address the local government's needs (where ever the venue is situated).
