2 pre-sale codes for different countries

A friend of my has 2 pre-sale codes from U2.com, he used one for the Amsterdam concert, and he wants to use the other one for the Gelsenkirchen concert.

Both concerts are in different countries and with different sites (ticketmaster.nl & an German website, ticketmaster.de doesn't exists). Can he use the 2nd pre-sale code for the Gelsenkirchen concert and use the creditcard and address details which he also used for Amsterdam?

I don't think it's a problem, maybe people here have expirience with this.

Hey, tell your friend that I am an american that is dying to find 2 tickets to that Gelsenkirchen concert. I will pay $100 per ticket, plus when I come over in June I will bring them a package full of stuff from America. Anything they want! Let me know. Thanks

He can use the second code no problem. It's just a limit of one code per show.
