So does that mean actually 10 am local time? As in, 10 am in L.A. vs. 1 pm in Boston?

What's to stop someone in L.A. from asking someone in Boston to buy tickets for them...since tickets go on sale at 10 am in Boston (7 am in L.A.) and not until 10 a.m. L.A. (1 p.m. Boston)?

Horrible thought, but it's out there...
