I know it. I'm sitting here, just wishing I had tomorrow off! Oh its so night before christmas as a little kid kind of thing. I mean imagine an island full of U2 fans!! Thats amazing. Its one thing when we travel city to city, but a feeling of everyone truly being together taking over the island for an amazing experience is beyond brilliant! Why Can't it be thursday morning 7:10am EST??? I just want to get on that plane....well actually I can't wait to get through the three flights to get there, and actually be there!!! Its going to be amazing.
 
I can't imagine the flights and travelling most of you not on the west coast have to endure. I worry enough for the one flight straight from LAX to HNL, and a lot of you are travelling many many hours and plane rides to get to your destination. Be safe everyone :hug:

And BonosBaby - I'm leaving early Friday morning as well. And I'm NOT a morning person. Hope I can rest on the plane a bit :sigh:

Busy packing as I leave in the morning....Looking forward to seeing you guys in the line..been a while....well, portland was almost a year ago...

Seen many of you guys on here posting, but will be nice to see you or meet you in public..

Taking off tomorrow morning from JFK - LAX - HNL. Over 5,000 miles flown for the greatest rock band in the world? PRICELESS!

Can't wait to meet everyone there! Carmelu2fan, we must make sure Julie's 30th birthday celebration is one to remember :drunk:

Awwwww I hope you are able to :hug: Im not a morning person either. Looking to be up at about 3am then out of the house by 4am. Have to go from Philly to MN then on to Portland for a stop then FINALLY HNL. Want to trade flights? :sexywink:

I don't ever fly so I could be way off, but I think the prices aren't that different. Phil's older sis lives in Sacramento, so we were thinking of stopping there on the way back from Hawaii. The plane ticket from HNL to Sacramento was less than $100 difference than flying from HNL to home (Michigan). Flying from Sacramento to home would've been another $400 each. Same problem trying to stop there on the way there. :sigh:

safe travels!

i have a 13 hour flight that leaves at 6 in the morning and i'm still totally jetlagged from NZ--and i haven't finished packing!


totally worth it though. it's going to be amazing :up:

I've packed way too many clothes and have decided that all camping gear will be purchased at Sam's when I get there (that is why Mr. Visa gets to come along).
After a minor snafu in which travelocity decided to drop my connecting flight to Las Vegas was dealt with, I had a delightful conversation with the resort manager about the Marathon and how it will screw up traffic.
Still have no idea what to wear to the concert other than lucky concert converse and jeans (appropriate skank top is still alluding me as I look like crap in red)
I’ve gotten about 2 hours of sleep in the past 24 hours and am now running on coffee as all girly rituals had to be done today

Plane leaves STL at 0915 and I’ll be in Honolulu at 1900 :crazy:
