Hope this isn't a bad sign - no new word on U2 in Cincy this past week.

Lets hope we hear something this week. (Even if its nay - put me out my misery)

I called US Bank Arena and a person I talked to there said they have heard nothing of U2 coming to Cincinnati

Oh well - I am grateful to be within driving distance of many other U2 concerts - this would have been gravy though.

I spoke to some of the staff of atu2.com and seattle and they believe this rumor is definitely not panning out

the rumor still has a heartbeat - a weak one though.
Friends and coworkers who listen 97.3 fm have made it a point to tell me they've heard the rumors announced on the air.
I heard the rumor announced on WLW-am (of all radio stations). the radio personality on air at the time was interviewing Michka Assayas regarding his book "Bono in Conversation With Michka Assayas"
unfortuneately, that was a week ago.

I don't think US Bank would confirm anything until it's made official.

Pessimistically keeping hope alive.

According to Jeff "Shaggy" Nagel - WAQZ Program Director. They haven't heard anything about U2 coming to Cincy.
