Cardiff, Millenium Stadium seats still available

I was trying to get tickets on ebay and was shocked that there were still seats available on ticketmaster. I got 2 seats in M33, my question is i noticed its on the side of the stage. This will be my first U2 concert anyone know how bad these seats will be. Is the side of the stage blocked. Can people with seats get into the GA or is that seperate enterance? Thanks.
