Your (fantasy) PopCore?

....because you can never have too many fantasy setlist posts.......

after seeing all the calling for Mofo, is there anyone else who'd like to see a Pop encore that DOESN't include that song?

3 songs only please:

Mine:

Discotheque
Last Night On Earth
Please

1. Mofo
2. Last Night On Earth
3. Gone

As much as I love Please, I think these three work better together.

I'm kinda cheating because I'd have Gone in the main set in my

COBL -> Vertigo -> Electric Co. -> Gone -> Until... -> NYD fantasies

And, for the first time, people go away from a U2 show thinking "perhaps they should have stayed away after the first encore."

Check out the Popmart Thessaloniki set. It closes with SATS.

Well, I think Discotheque, Velvet Dress, WOWY was the plan at one point on the tour for the first encore. To bad it didnt materialize. Really though, it would have been U2 repeating the first Popmart encore (minus the lemon). Still would have been cool though.

It's not the full song though, it ends at the first "happy to go blind". and its just an acoustic bono-edge thing.

And it works, sort of like the other snippets worked at the end of One throughout the Popmart tour. It's really not much different that say the Unchained Melody or Rain snippets, just a bit to close the show.
