War Child
Make up a setlist of 10 all-out hard rock songs by U2, no acoustic set in this one.
1-Love And Peace Or Else-the politically-driven tone with the bandana and Larry helping on "RAH-LEASE!" makes LAPOE my opener for sure.
2-Vertigo-a solid rock song, and I love the transition from Bono slamming the drums into Larry with the doo, doo, duh doo-doo duh on his set.
3-Elevation-Elevation Tour version with full band the whole song
-up to this point I know it sounds like the VTOUR but stick with me)
4-Until the End of the World-in my top 5 fav live songs ever
5-The Fly-probably U2's best live rock song
6-Crumbs From Your Table-it hasn't made many live apparances (okay, it's made one...) but it effin' rocked, and I'd love to hear it over and over.
7-New Year's Day-drop Edge playing piano and have somebody else do that...like a techie...and it'd be one of my favs live
8-Sunday Bloody Sunday-amazing live, always has been (except Popmart) and always will be
9-New York-definitely underrated live
10-Out of Control-has one of my favorite moments in music-in OOC's live versions after the solo and Bono starts yelling "I'm outta control-ol-ol-ol" and it echoes, then the band jumps into "I FOUGHT FATE!" Sends chills up my spine everytime I hear it.
