No ... "The Cry" was a early U2 song that was never recorded. They just use it as an intro to "The Electric Co." live.

It was the basis for the riff on the track "Is That All?" off of October, though.

The Cry was a song that opened The Electric Co. from 21 November 1980 to 7 July 1985 and can be heard on Under A Blood Red Sky. Its guitar was ripped from it in mid-1981 and used for Is That All? on October.
